Refund policy

Returns Policy:

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or in the event of damage in transit Please email us straight away with photographs to hello@tweakhome.co.uk.

If you need to return any goods the buyer is reasonable for paying the return  postage, goods must be in the same / saleable condition they were sent out in. Please make sure they are packaged securely and we strongly advise that you use recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for any lost or damaged that may occur in transit.

Please keep your post office receipt as proof of postage. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Any of our paint products can NOT be returned if they have been opened.
